Here is a link to my first blog, the Monkery. It tracked a difficult time of my life when God brought me through the storm of cancer with my first wife, the heartbreak of losing her, and the grace of God to carry me through a difficult year of grieving. This log gives a pretty transparent look at someone struggling with faith and understanding God through times that don't make sense, plus a little humor sprinkled in. I am including it here in case it may be a blessing to anyone else going through similar difficult circumstances. A reminder that difficult times may come, sometimes unbearably painful times, and yet through the storm, God is good.
